Our services include all building work and fit out work to bring your project to completion

We deal with all manufacturers directly and can enter into a fix cost basis with our clients which includes a contingency amount.

We work with projects ranging from £80,000 to £500,000

Our site foreman is in house, we also have a small team of of subcontractors in house.
 


Project Manager

Project management is not an easy task; it is the duty of the Project Manager to ensure everything is being done properly and on time.

A Project Manager must also ensure quality of work and product.

The duty of the Project Manager is to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within its defined constraints.

If a problem arises it is also the duty of the project manager to develop quick and practical solutions for the project to get back to standing order.

If there are certain specs that have been given to the Project Manager, the Project Manager must ensure that these specs are delivered.

It is the Project Manager who liaises with all contractors and parties during the construction stage while on site, we recommend that messages and order should only go to and from one body, i.e. the Project Manager this avoids confusion and messages not being conveyed in its original form that way messages are kept clear and reaching the right people at the right time.

This is why our Project Manager is assertive and straight to the point ensuring that dead lines are met, everything is in order and a critical path has been established.
