FAQ
How long will the project take? This depends on the size of the project and the amount of work that may be required on site; will it need to be completely renovated? Will it need a brand new kitchen or does it have an existing kitchen?
The design concept and requirements can also cause a variation in the time.
An estimated time must be agreed upon to complete the work.
Our experienced Project Manager can ensure that sub contractors and other parties are doing the work as agreed on the contractual basis during the implementation stage.
We draw up detailed drawings and specifications so that the builders or contractors have a clear understanding of the design. The right contract between you, us and the builders will give clear written details of the time schedule of how long the builders will take in completing the project as well as costing and how penalty would be involved if anyone was to delay the work.
What is the duration for each stage of work during the project? The duration of each stage will depend on how much work needs to be done at each stage and how much may need to be re done based on clients approval.

Do I have to use the designer for every part?No you don’t have to use a designer for everything, you can choose which services you would like to use or you can just have the designer consult you or even create a complete design with detailed drawings and specifications so that you may use alternative contractors to implement it.
We are a design and build company and we work on a lump sum basis, this leaves everything in our own hands, saving you a lot of money. If you were to go to individual sources this would be costly because every individual would need his/her fees paid. But, leaving it in one hand you would not have to pay third party fees.
Having the design company also implement the work will save you lots of time and it will turn out the way it should as the designer who designed the project will have control as to how it should look.
Can you provide a budget plan and how effective is this?Yes we can develop a budget plan together with you, as designers we can work with any type of budget, the design outcome will depend on the budget. It is nearly impossible to give an exact pricing on a project before a design is even done, it is however possible to give a rough estimate of what works will be needed by calculating per square metre and revising on what needs to be skimmed and cleaned up with a rough price estimates for the furnishing and fittings.
How will you promote or market the restaurant?Depending on your type and style of establishment we will promote accordingly.
If your concept is a fine dining restaurant and your target clientele are baby boomers or romantic dinners then the promotional campaign should be targeted to these clienteles whilst maintaining your image; publishing material will be designed according to your image, the content must be alluring to your target clientele for them to want to experience your establishment.
If your concept is a fast food outlet then the publishing material should be specifically designed. We can advice you of the best-suited methods of marketing for your clientele as well as provide you a database of the names and addresses of people within your location.

By using each service within the package your identity is ensured to be vivid to your customers, competition is large a clear and consistent identity is required to help you succeed, customers need to be drawn to your establishment; all elements of your establishment must be consistent and translate what your outlet is trying to say.
We like to make sure that every part of developing your identity is done properly that is why we take every aspect under our supervision.
